Rates are priced seasonally from $2299.00 per night to $4499 per night for the entire 10,000 SqFt mansion. Minimum stay ranges from 3-5 nights based on season and availability.
Per night pricing requires a 3 night minimum stay.
Fun Season is peak season pricing: New Years, Easter, June 29th- July 5th, Thanksgiving, & Dec. 20-26. Includes special event weeks: Barrett Jackson & Phoenix Open (TPC) all require a 5 night minimum stay.

Two queen-sized beds and enjoy a comfortable sitting area by the fireplace. With it’s own master bath, walk-in closet, double sinks, shower, and private toilet room.
Mountain Suite
Deluxe king-sized bed Jr. suite room with your own walk-in closet & bathroom. With stunning mountain views, open the windows at night for the freshest air you’ll ever fill your lungs with.
Office Studio
Sitting area with a sink and mini bar. The room has plenty of space to use as the 5th bedroom with a Lazy Boy sleeper sofa and TV. Also a great room for the kids.
Pool Suite
A very special, one-of-a-kind room that opens directly onto a private pool patio. King size bed with a beautiful fireplace. Accompanied with your own private jacuzzi tub and shower, walk-in closet and private toilet room.
Game Room
This large room has additional sleeping areas. With a Restoration Hardware sleeper sofa and plenty of room for two queen air mattresses. Hallway bath around the corner with large shower and plenty of room to get ready for your next adventure.
Theater Room
Large projection screen, set up with a large couch and three chaise lounge chairs to watch your favorite movies. Enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Cable, Apple TV or play a few games with friends on the Playstation or Xbox.
A queen-size bed is available to be placed in the room, if needed. Across the hall is a full bath.
